For proper vinyl graphics installation

Installing vinyl graphics involves several steps and requires specific materials and knowledge hence professional installation ensures the best results. We are, certified graphics installers, using several types of vinyl materials, each suited to different applications as you can see in our completed vinyl installation projects in Toronto, Ontario and nationwide. Most common types of those materials are:

  • Cast vinyl – we often used it for vehicle wraps, outdoor signage, and applications requiring a conformable material. It is thinness and flexibility make it ideal for complex curves and surfaces. The lifespan of these types of installations typically from 5 to 10 years.
  • Calendered vinyl is more rigid and thicker than cast viny, so we installed it on flat or slightly curved surfaces in our installation projects for short to medium-term applications like window graphics, wall graphics and other signage. The lifespan of this vinyl material is about 3-6 years
  • Specialty vinyl designed for specific purposes such as reflective vinyl for high visibility, perforated vinyl for one-way vision (mostly installed in window graphics), and metallic or chrome vinyl for decorative accents.
  • Printable vinyl used for custom designs and digital printing, it is utilized for creating detailed, colorful graphics for applications like vehicle wraps and custom decals.
  • Heat Transfer vinyl is primarily used for textile applications by applying to fabrics using heat and pressure. We don’t handle textile projects, but we list this type of vinyl for reference only.
